Peter Pan Mini-Golf
1207 Barton Springs Rd
Austin, TX 78704
Peter Pan Mini-Golf is one of those classic Austin experiences you can’t miss if you’ve lived here for a while (and is a great taste of old Austin if you’re visiting). It has quirky colorful statues and obstacles with a fun fairy tale and Texas theme. Set in the middle of Austin, it’s right down the road from Zilker Park, Barton Springs and Alliance Children’s Garden playground.
You can choose from two 18-hole courses (or do both). The parking lot is small, so go early or rideshare.
Austin’s (both indoor and outdoor)
16231 N Interstate Hwy 35
Pflugerville, TX 78660
When you’re in the mood for a big day full of lots of fun activities, including mini golf, Austin’s is a great place to check out. In fact, Austin’s has both a traditional outdoor mini-golf course AND an indoor Vegas-themed course.
Passes to Austin’s are pricey, but that’s because there is SO much to do. Arcade, bowling, roller coasters, carousel, go-carts, laser tag, and on and on!
Dreamland

Dripping Springs, TX 78620
If you’ve driven out to Dripping Springs, you’ve probably noticed Dreamland. It’s a huge pickleball center and has lots of big art and a mini-golf course. There are two courses to choose from, based on how much of a challenge you want! Kids under 5 are free on both courses.
Dreamland also has a restaurant, playground and splash pad!
Duke’s Adventure Golf

Indoor Mini-Golf Spots Around Austin
Holey Moley
There are a few indoor mini golf courses throughout the area that are aimed more toward adults than kids, but during the day, kids are welcome. Holey Moley has a bar and becomes 21-and-up in the evenings, but is a fun indoor spot for family fun until then. It has three indoor 9-hole courses with really cool tehems like sharks and King Kong and Flintstones.
Sunday through Thursday, people under 21 are allowed until 8 pm; on Friday and Saturday, until 5 pm.
The Dirdie Birdie
10910 Domain Dr Suite 120
Austin, TX 78758
This is part bar/restaurant and part mini golf course. It’s one 12-hole golf course in the Domain with fun Austin themes, like the Capitol, the Pennybacker Bridge, and COTA, and other fun holes like a Plinko-type wall or lots of musical instruments.
Kids 6 and older are allowed to play at this one before 6 pm (make your reservation for 5 pm or earlier).
Monster Mini Golf
3916 Gattis School Rd
Round Rock, TX 78664
Golf under the glow of blacklights at Monster Mini Golf in Round Rock. There are glow-in-the-dark monsters (and some of them move!) among the 18 holes. You can also play laser tag, slip through a laser maze and play in the arcade here.
Main Event
13301 N Hwy 183

Family-Friendly Golf Spots
Butler Pitch and Putt
201 Lee Barton Dr
Austin, TX 78704
If you want to visit an iconic Austin spot for fun golf, head to Butler Pitch and Putt, which has been around since 1949! It’s right across Barton Springs from Peter Pan Mini Golf, so you could go to both in one outing.
The game here is pitch and putt, with shorter holes and fewer clubs than full-on golf courses. No reservations or tee times here! You can rent balls and clubs or you can bring your own gear.
Top Golf
2700 Esperanza Crossing
Austin, TX 78758
If you’re sick of putting, take big swings at Top Golf. This driving range is fun for groups (no need to be a serious golfer) or for driving practice. It’s not indoors, but it is covered and they have cooling fans in summer and heaters in the winter.
Pin Seeker’s Golf Lounge
6001 W Parmer Ln #230
Austin, TX 78727
Pin Seeker’s is a great place for serious golfers because they have lots of options for virtual golf courses, as well as an AI trainer. But you can also play lots of virtual sports in one of the bays — football, disc golf, basketball, soccer, zombie dodgeball and more. There’s also a small (real) putting green to practice your putts.
Spare Birdie
1400 Discovery Blvd
Cedar Park, TX 78613
This is a great spot for a date night or group outing, or for playing virtual games (golf or otherwise) with kids. Rent a bay to play virtual golf or games like baseball, basketball, football, dodgeball and more. Or check out their hydraulic actuating putting greens that lets you change the green with slopes, hills and curves so you can make it as challenging as you want.
