It’s Texas Wildlife Day, and the museum is hosting an event to celebrate and learn more about our state’s creatures. Activities include examining horns, antlers, feathers and fur; meeting live animals like raptors, turtles and snakes; seeing different insects, drawing them and getting a temporary tattoo; learning about animal tracks; and making bat hand puppets.
Family-friendly. Activities are included with museum admission (not a free day)
