This free all-ages art-making event is hosted by Creative Action at Springdale General. Activities include graffiti windows, gel printing, scavenger hunt, photo booth, watercoloring and puppet parade. There are also performances by Glass Half Full Theater, Blowcomotion and Bond Fusion Music.
