I can never say no to pizza! Luckily we have lots of spots around Austin where we can get yummy pizza and let the kids run around on a playground or play area.

A turf hill paradise! Head to Home Slice on E. 53rd to get the best New York-style pizza you can find in Austin (and the best subs!). Kids will love the large play area on the patio covered in turf and with a huge chalkboard wall.
2. Meanwhile
3901 Promontory Point Dr, Austin, TX 78744
Meanwhile Brewing has some of the best food trucks around. The pizza truck parked here, Side Eye Pie, serves wood-fired pizza with interesting fresh ingredients. (And if your kids don’t like interesting pizza, they’ve got kids pies too!)
3. Bambino

The pizzeria of your dreams! Delicious pizza, a cool fenced-in play area of hills, and soft serve (and other delicious, kid-favorite desserts)!
4. Austin’s Pizza Westlake
3638 Bee Caves Rd, Austin, TX 78746
This pizza place in Westlake has a fun outdoor space with a big boat playground for kids to enjoy!
5. Aviator Pizza
4005 W Parmer Ln Suite E, Austin, TX 78727
Aviator Pizza and Drafthouse (Parmer location) has a great biergarten vibe with a playground and lots of spots for kids to climb and run around. We always get a focaccia in addition to the pizza because it’s just so good.
6. Frontyard Brewing & 5Soul Wine Co.
4514 Bob Wire Rd, Spicewood, TX 78669
At Frontyard Brewing and 5Soul Wine Co. you can choose between wine or beer to pair with your pizza! There’s no full playground, but there is a gaga ball pit, a four-way seesaw, toys, cornhole and tons of open space.
7. CraigO’s Pizza and Pastaria
2501 Ranch Rd 620 S, Lakeway, TX 78734
CraigO’s in Lakeway has a big fenced-in playground where the kids can run off and play while they wait for pizza (or while the grown-ups chat in peace!). The tables are on a patio overlooking the playground, so you may have to follow your smallest kids.
You can get pizza, pasta, stromboli, meatball subs, you name it.
8. Jester King
13187 Fitzhugh Rd, Austin, TX 78736
Jester King is known for it’s beer first and foremost, but I also think lots of people rave over the pizza! I haven’t had one I didn’t love. Fair warning: If it’s busy there, prepare for a long wait for pizza!
9. Mandola’s Italian Kitchen
12100 W Parmer Ln #200, Cedar Park, TX 78613
The Cedar Park, Bee Cave and William Cannon locations of Mandola’s all have playgrounds (and every kids meal comes with a scoop of gelato)! Get your pizza fix whether you love meat, lots of veggies or both on your pie.
10. Mangieri’s Pizza Cafe
2133 Lohmans Crossing Rd, Lakeway, TX 78734
The Lakeway location of Mangieri’s has a nice shaded playground out back and some seriously high-quality pizzas. There are so many specialty pies to try, you could come a dozen times and still not try them all.
11. Oddwood Brewing
3108 Manor Rd, Austin, TX 78723
Beer (or wine), pizza, an arcade room and an outdoor play area! Oddwood Brewing is a fun place to hang, and you can create all kinds of pizzas from their menu options.
12. Suds Monkey
12024 US-290, Austin, TX 78737
This brewery just off 290 out west has a fun outdoor area, with balance beams, a fort with slide, tire swing and a cute little wooden Jeep to play in. Lots of pizza options here or you can create your own!
13. Winston’s
4900 Bee Creek Rd Suite 205, Spicewood, TX 78669
Head to this all-day spot in Lakeway for lunch or dinner if you’re in the mood for wood-fired pizza! The playground out back is super cute; your kids will love it.
14. Way South Food Park
11300 Old San Antonio Rd, Manchaca, TX 78652
This food truck park in South Austin has plenty of space, so there are lots of trucks and a fun, big playscape! It’s home to Pizzeria SúsTín, which serves New York style pizza. Check the website for hours before you go!
15. Fast Friends Beer Co.
7313 N Interstate 35 Frontage Rd NB, Austin, TX 78744
This is such a cute brewery in South Austin with a fun wooden playground with slide and tunnel, serving tasty pizza (plus other things like brunch and snacks).
16. 600 Degrees and Whitestone Brewery
9900 W Parmer Ln Ste B-100, Austin, TX 78717
600 Degrees Pizzeria joined forces with Whitestone Brewery at their new location in Cedar Park. So you’ve got beer, pizza and even a small playscape to climb, run around and hide under!
